Jamie Perkins
CHAIRMAN
Jamie is a partner at Westminster Wealth management LLP (“Westminster Wealth”), a FCA regulated independent financial planning firm looking after private clients. Jamie heads up the tax efficient investment division, which provides the research, due diligence, investment oversight and advice in this area for private clients. Having filled this role for 10 years, Jamie has reviewed and monitored a significant number of tax advantaged funds and strategies. He also sits on the Westminster Wealth investment committee helping to direct the investment strategy of the group and helps to select discretionary investment solutions for private clients.
After graduating from De Montfort university in 1996, Jamie started his career working with private clients in 1997, working with two national advisory firms before helping to set up Westminster Wealth in 2006. As part of his role working with private clients, Jamie holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and Investment Management Certificate.
Robin Chamberlayne
DIRECTOR
Robin is the founding partner of Progressive Strategic Solutions LLP (one of the first Chartered firms of Financial Planners in the UK) and co-founder of Armstrong Energy a successful company managing energy infrastructure assets in the UK and India. Armstrong manage assets for major institutions and private clients. Robin also sits on the board of Downing Four VCT PLC and a number of EIS backed companies.
Malcolm Moss
DIRECTOR
Malcolm is a founding partner of Beringea LLP. Over the last 26 years he has been responsible for the growth, development and management of the private equity business of Beringea in both the UK and the USA. In addition to sitting on the boards of ProVen VCT and PGI VCT, he sits on the investment committees of Beringea Group’s US venture capital funds. Malcolm has a BA and an MBA.
Andrew Webster
Investment Director
Andrew has over 30 years lending experience. Previously at Kleinwort Benson and ING, Andrew worked with Mark at Noble Venture Finance and was a founding partner at BOOST&Co.
Stuart Veale
MANAGING PARTNER
Stuart is Managing Partner of Beringea and has 25 years of private equity investment experience. Prior to joining Beringea in 2002, Stuart was a senior director with LDC (the private equity arm of the Lloyds Banking Group) and head of their Thames Valley office. He started his career in venture capital with 3i. Stuart has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from the London Business School.
